Hike "In Search of Witches' Hill"
What will you do on October 31st? Maybe you'll join us in searching for Witches' Hill?
The 12-kilometer route will wind through the Trakas Botanical and Zoological Reserve and the Trakas Nature Reserve. We will travel through the pristine Trakas Forest, located between Lake Dusia and the town of Seiriyai.
We will visit the Trakas pine forest, declared a natural heritage site, wander through the Kimucis swamp, admire the panorama of the Dusia Lake area, hug the thickest oaks in the forest and get acquainted with rare sessile oaks. Or maybe we will find badger tracks along the way?
Who knows what other secrets the Trakai Forest will reveal to us?
