Exhibition of young artists' final works - a testament to creative maturity

For the third year in a row, an exhibition of the final works of graduates of the art department of the Lazdijai Art School has been exhibited in the spaces of the Lazdijai Motiejus Gustaitis Gymnasium, which has become a beautiful tradition and a significant cultural event in the gymnasium community.

This exhibition is more than just graduation projects. It is the thoughts, experiences, dreams, personal experiences and unique perspective of young people on people and the environment. Various themes are revealed here. In their works, young artists boldly talk about what is important to them - dreams, hopes, friendship, love, self-knowledge, relationship with nature.

The exhibition showcases not only the students' technical mastery, but also their emotional maturity. These are various experiences, doubts, moments of joy. In some works, you can see more silence and concentration, in others - courage, emotions or even rebellion.

The final works of students of the art department of Lazdijai Art School testify to a long-term creative process, artistic expression, hard work and creative courage. This is an exhibition that reminds us that each generation sees the world in its own way - sensitively, creatively, authentically.

I sincerely thank the graduates of 2024 - 2025 for their imagination, creativity, sincerity, and openness, in which two types of art visually merge: painting and graphics.

I would also like to thank the teachers - supervisors of the final creative works: Rita Vaickelioniene, Vilma Jankauskiene, Inga Kūlokiene, Jolita Jasevičienė, who inspired and helped the students grow on their creative path.

I wish you pleasant impressions as you delve deeper and look at the world through the eyes of a young person! The exhibition will be open until July 1.
