We invite girls, women and ladies to join the health exercise group on Tuesdays at 17:30 at the Gojas gym.
During each session, we will fully exercise the body by combining pilates, yoga and other exercise systems, perform aerobic, strength and stretching exercises, and use various exercise equipment. At the beginning of the training, we will warm up by performing movements with weights, use resistance bands to strengthen the muscles, safely strengthen the back and abdominal muscles using small and large balls, and finish the session with stretching exercises and relaxation
