We invite you to visit Eglė Kumpikaitė's exhibition "Summer Gardens".
An associate professor at Kaunas University of Technology, textile designer, and member of the Lithuanian Folk Artists' Union, her work subtly combines Lithuanian folk art traditions, textiles, and paper-cut art.
The exhibition features original paper cuttings that bring to life the tree of life and birds, symbols of the Lithuanian worldview. The exhibition is complemented by embroidered and crocheted towels inspired by traditional Lithuanian textile ornamentation.
We invite you to discover the beauty of meticulous handwork and immerse yourself in a summer garden full of Lithuanian symbols.
