On November 22, 2024, the first intercity buses departed from the new Lazdijai bus station. This is great news not only for the residents of the Lazdijai region, but also for tourists. At the station you will find a waiting room, a parcel department, toilets, a departure schedule, and a coffee machine. You can pay here both in cash and by bank card.
- From November 22, 2024, only buses of UAB "Lazdijų autobusų parkas" will stop at the Lazdijai city center, at the bus stop located next to the Employment Service building. Passengers wishing to depart from there will have to arrive at least 10 minutes earlier than indicated in the bus departure schedule. Because only after that will the buses pick up passengers from the Lazdijai bus station.
- It is important to know that from November 22, 2024, buses belonging to UAB "Kautra" and other passenger transport companies will no longer stop in the Lazdijai city center - passengers will have to wait for them at the Lazdijai bus station.
