Today, the first experiential sessions "Stories under the Sky of Lazdijai" of the project "Provision of Socio-Cultural Services in the City of Lazdijai" were held at the Public Institution Lazdijai Education Center .
The aim of the activities is to evoke memories of seniors and moments from life in the city of Lazdijai. The stories of the project participants will be integrated into audio guides and QR codes on various city objects, so they will be preserved for future generations.
The aim of the project is to provide socio-cultural services to seniors experiencing social difficulties, in order to reduce their social exclusion and loneliness, strengthen the sense of community through knowledge of history, culture and nature and active transfer of experience, contributing to the creation of an attractive environment in the city of Lazdijai. The project is implemented together with the partner Lazdijai City Eldership Community Committee.
