Lithuanian Language Days are celebrated in February and March. The cycle of events is initiated each year by the State Lithuanian Language Commission (VLKK).
The goal of Lithuanian Language Days is to increase the prestige of the Lithuanian language, strengthen motivation for learning the Lithuanian language, contribute to the spread of the Lithuanian language in the world, and bring together communities in Lithuania and abroad.
Lazdijai Public Library and its branches also join the annual initiative and invite you to celebrate Lithuanian Language Days together!
