On Saturday, January 17, we invite you to a hike through the beautiful winter surroundings of Kapčiamiestis. After that, we will go to warm up by the fire and taste Dzūkiškis potato buns.
THE HIKING, a gut feeling whispers, should be special – remote, remote areas, lakes surrounded by steep, forested hills… And if there was still snow – a real fairy tale!
Together we will visit the grave of Emilia Pliaterytė, a famous participant in the 1830–31 uprising.
After the hike (if you want), we will stop by to taste authentic, oven-baked Dzūki POTATO BANDAS. This time, no education – just food! Of course, if you have any questions, the hostess will definitely answer them. It will take about 20 minutes to get to the bandas. Since Kapčiamiestis is on the very edge of Lithuania, everyone should be on their way home.
And, of course, there will be traditional delicious surprises waiting for you.
