On January 13, we will celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Defenders of Freedom Day in Lazdijai. Every day, every step and choice we make is a continuation of freedom. Freedom that was defended by the determination and faith of our people.

8:00 – Civic initiative LIGHT OF VICTORY – let's light candles in our windows.
16:00 – Presentation of the Freedom Night Testimonies and the exhibition Swearing Not to Quit at the Museum of Freedom Struggles.
17:00 – MEMORIAL BONES and warm tea at the Independence Square in Lazdijai.
18:00 – HOLY MASS for the Defenders of Freedom at St. Anne's Church in Lazdijai.
