"Conscious Kilometer" hikes are back!
On May 17th - the Day of Honoring Partisans, Unity of the Army and Society - we will embark on mass marches in memory of the partisans.
Program:
09.00–10.00 registration of hikers at the Simnas Cultural Center
09.30–10.00 Honoring the fallen partisans
10.00–10.30 opening of the hike
10.30–14.30 hiking tour
• The hike will be led and stories will be shared by the Commander of the Lithuanian Army General Adolfas Ramanauskas Combat Training Center, Col. Rimantas Jarmalavičius.
14.30–15.30 End of the hike at the Kalniškė Battle Site
• a feast for the brave
• concert by pianist Darius Mažintas and soloist Agnė Sabulytė "Songs of the Struggle for Freedom"
At 15.30, bus transportation of the hike participants to Simna was organized.
