"First Furrow Festival"

Having maintained long-standing traditions and making the Lazdijai region famous throughout Lithuania, the First Furrow Festival will return to the fields in the village of Kailiniai, Veisiejai eldership, on May 3rd.

09.30–10.50 – registration of participants in the horse-drawn plowing competition and trial plowing in the training field;
11.00–11.30 – Opening of the "First Furrow" festival;
11.30–12.30 – Plowing competition;
12.30–13.15 – Team Plowing Challenge;
13.15–14.00 – Practical education “Overcome the furrow with your own hands”;
14.00–14.30 – Ploughing competition awards
