Exhibition of works by Zita Večkienė "Old - New"

Zita has been interested in various needlework for many years - knitting, cross-stitching, quilting. For her, creativity is an integral part of life.

For the past few years, she has been creating handbags and bags from used jeans with special dedication. This is where the title of the exhibition "Old - New" came from, reflecting the idea of her work - giving materials a second life.

Each piece is not just a renewed fabric, but also a unique form of self-expression. The handbags are decorated with carefully selected fragments of ancient woven sofas, delicate embroidery and lace details, which give the creations exclusivity, comfort and authenticity.
