Yesterday together with Lazdijas r. weekly public health office and Metelei regional park organized the event "The heart loves tourism" on the occasion of Tourism Day we gave away free visits to the museums of Lazdijai region, on heart day - there was a lecture by cardiologist R. Šerpytis, and the day was crowned by a trip of the senses!
About 50 people participated in the hike! Before the hike, we did a very interesting exercise with elements of laughter yoga. We had to overcome various obstacles, we tested our balance, we had to cover part of the route blindfolded, we wandered around the sedge, hugged hundred-year-old oaks, smelled like a "scented" lady, walked in silence, felt the soft surface of the swamp with our bare feet, tasted gorse and ginseng teas, watched the sunset, sat by the fire, we sang and tasted delicious sorrel soup. Some of the participants even took a bath after the hike!
